TEST ENGINEER
The Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the correct functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products through the development, execution, and improvement of testing processes. Test Equipment Maintenance — Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT, FCT, and functional test stations.
Test Program Development — Create, modify, and validate test programs using C++, C#, Python, or related languages.
NPI Support — Lead and support pilot runs, ensuring test readiness, fixture availability, and KPI monitoring.
Failure Analysis — Perform root cause analysis on product failures, test stations, and fixtures.
Data Analysis — Analyze yield, KPIs, and test logs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Documentation Management — Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, TSGs, VA documents, and test reports.
Fixture Management — Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of test fixtures.
