Operating a forklift (typically Counterbalance or Telescopic/Telehandler) on a live construction site

Transporting materials safely across site (bricks, timber, pallets, etc.)

Loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers

Supporting trades by ensuring timely delivery of materials

Conducting daily pre-use checks and reporting defects

Maintaining a safe and tidy working area

Adhering strictly to site health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Valid forklift ticket (CPCS/NPORS – Telehandler preferred for housing sites)

Proven experience working as a Forklift Driver on construction sites

Good understanding of site safety protocols

Ability to work well with site managers, labourers, and trades

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach
