Overview

Telemarketer cum Counselor for an academic institute in Sharjah near Rolla location. This full-time position requires outbound telemarketing to promote scholastic programs, achieve targets, and provide customer-counseling support.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and persuade them to enroll or inquire about programs.
• Meet or exceed daily/ monthly targets and KPIs.
• Counsel and guide customers on programs and admissions processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Experience: telemarketer with at least 3 years (Needed).
• Language: English (Required); Malayalam or Hindi preferred.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Eligibility to work in Sharjah with valid residence visa.
