JOB DETAILS

Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system/ Excel sheet
Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
Plan sales activity & sets weekly goals to achieve individual business target
Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition
Contribute with sales material improvisations (scripts & presentation)
Minimum 1 year required in hardcore sales with Targets
Language - Fluent English & Hindi or must know at least Tullu,Telugu,Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada
