Job Description
The Telesales - Lead Generation role will involve making outbound calls to potential business clients in order to generate leads and appointments for our consultants related to IT Services & office automation products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our client's Randburg office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients within the IT/Office automation industry
- Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Meeting and exceeding monthly lead generation targets
- Providing excellent customer service to all potential clients
