Responsibility
- Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisions
- Contacting customers to upsell them remotely
- Dealing with customer concerns, spoken and unspoken
- Recording customer feedback and information from conversations in our database
- Working with team manager and team members to identify errors in the companys processes which affect customers purchasing decisions
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
