Salary range – Basic $1800 - $ 2,000 ( can nego for candidate with telesales experience)
Job Responsibilities - Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote Fund Transfer and Term Loan products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
- Achieve individual sales targets and productivity KPIs.
- Follow up on leads, applications, and documentation to ensure timely conversion.
- Accurately explain product features, pricing, benefits, and terms & conditions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and MAS regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous customer experience at all times.
