Job Scope: - Generate & filter appointment reports (Epic system)
- Retrieve archived patient records (EnCDA)
- Upload medical records & lab results into system
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete & properly indexed
- Maintain proper filing, confidentiality & record handling
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements: - Min. A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- Fully vaccinated (Tdap, MMR, VZV)
