Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Draft weekly announcements and regularly update the Staff Directory and tracking lists.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Handle invoice processing and raise purchase orders (POs).
  • Provide administrative support such as sending invitations, managing registrations and attendance, booking rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Administrative experience will be an advantage
