Temp Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Labs We are hiring multiple Temp CSAs to support Labs
Salary: $2,100/month
Employment: Under agency payroll
Min Requirement: MIN NITEC and above
Experience: Customer service experience required (no healthcare experience needed)
Duration: 1 year contract
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Job Responsibilities - Handling patient registration and billing enquiries
- Receiving and processing blood and stool samples
- Printing and labelling barcodes for specimen tracking
- Performing accurate data entry of patient information into systems
- Ensuring smooth front-line customer service support in a clinical lab setting
