Job Description

Serves as the first point of contact for the business, providing professional front-desk and customer service while delivering comprehensive administrative, procurement, and coordination support across the business.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and expedite complaints when necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Manage correspondence including emails, calls, and messages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Maintain and update records such as QA sample tracker, Bruce visits, car-wash, and other ad‑hoc documents as required.
