This role involves managing correspondence across HRPS-related channels, providing first-level technical support for , coordinating user access requests across government systems, and conducting data verification activities. The successful candidate will also support change management through learning session delivery and metrics analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and MS Office proficiency to gain valuable experience in government HR systems whilst contributing to critical operational support.
