Description:
THIS IS A CT-XRAY TECH NEEDLOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED. To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at profile upload.- Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.
- Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.
- Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
- Operates film processing equipment.
- Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room emergency room or at patient's bedside.
- Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
