Temporary Operations Support

Job Summary

To perform scanning in an orderly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • To perform scanning and quality check of all documents scanned.
  • To check and maintain all the record of all the documents received for scanning.
  • To perform quality check on the documents scanned before proceeding for disposal.
  • To work with Facility Management & General Admin Department in handling documents offsite storage packing & coordination.
  • To undertake any other duties & responsibility related to scanning required by the Management as and when required.

Requirements

  • SPM leavers may apply
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge and usage in Microsoft
  • Familiarity with using ChatGPT to assist with daily tasks
