• Maintain and update daily attendance records using the school's MIS (e.g. SIMS/Arbor)
• Follow up on unexplained absences via phone, email, and written communication
• Produce attendance reports and provide data to support senior leadership
• Work with pastoral teams to identify and address attendance concerns
