WPS have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team, supporting a long‑term social housing client based in Walsall but will be traveling to jobs throughout the Midlands, mainly Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Lichfield.

This is a key role where you'll act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client ensuring works are delivered smoothly while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.
