Salary: £12,906 (FTE £25,812)

In this role, you'll support colleagues in delivering high‑quality, psychologically informed, and culturally sensitive floating support to people living in the community. You will empower individuals to maintain their tenancies, build independent living skills, and feel confident integrating into the wider community while championing safeguarding, equality, and our organisation's values.
