The Opportunity
We are looking for a Tender/Proposal Coordinator who is responsible for proposal development, from the initial analysis of client requirements through to the proposal preparation and submission. Based in our Perth office, you will work in a multi-disciplinary environment and in close collaboration with the wider Commercial team, your duties will include but are not limited to the below:
Support the Metocean team with request for quotations (RFQs) while liaising with stakeholders to ensure proposals have a solid technical approach and compliant with local standards;Review tender opportunities, costings, business plans and contracts for current and potential clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives;Generate proposals and prequalification documents, and coordinate the tender submission preparation process including control of internal tender documentation flow;Plan, attend and docume...
