The Tender Manager is responsible for leading and managing theend-to-end tendering process ensuring competitive, compliant, and commercially sound bids. This role plays a critical part in securing new business while mitigating commercial and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Bid Management
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals (ITTs, RFQs, RFPs).
Review tender documents to identify scope, risks, and key deliverables.
Shall also serve as the commercial lead and act as the sole point of contact with the Client
Develop bid strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender documents in line with Company procedures
Commercial & Costing
Coordinate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to develop accurate cost estimates.
