Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Source projects on tender platforms like Sesami and GeBIZ.
- Develop proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Conduct quantity measurements within deadlines.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations for tender costing.
- Ensure timely and complete tender submission.
- Assist in cost budgeting, track design/construction changes, and adjust projections.
- Review and prepare agreements for subcontractor and supplier awards.
- Certify and evaluate progress, manage contract variations.
- Submit monthly progress claims and recommend payments to subcontractors
