Terminal Manager

Midland Transport is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Terminal Manager to lead its large pickup and delivery (P&D) transport terminal in Dorval, Quebec. Reporting to the Director, Operations – Quebec, the Terminal Manager is accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations while achieving financial and customer performance targets.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Managing all terminal operations including dispatch, dock, and P&D functions to ensure efficient daily freight movements.
• Ensuring optimal routing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet service commitments.
• Partnering with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and resolve escalations.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with peers across the Midland network to enhance productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies.
