Job Description
Responsibilities - Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
- Ensure the Program meets expectations, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention.
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
- Implementation of corrective actions and convey implications to the team.
- Uphold inventory integrity.
- Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
- Take disciplinary action on staff when required.
- Work with the Planner to align daily production order priorities, including Hotshot and Delay, during daily production meetings.
- Establish shipment planning listings for Operations to focus.
- Facilitate communication with Operations and Planner for any issues impacting shipment fulfillment.
