POSITION SUMMARY Responsible to plan, manage, control, and support specific dealers’ business to achieve established targets on i) yearly business plan on both machine and parts purchase ii) long term distribution & market development.
Responsibilities 1. Dealer BP Goal Achievement & Improvement of Market Coverage
- Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor.
- Provide weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition.
- Manage the monthly order and sales to achieve monthly BP.
- Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities, stock reports);
- Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to allocated dealer.
