Key Outcomes & Responsibilities Test Centre OperationsEnsure all testing equipment and workstations are fully operational and free from unauthorized materials.
Monitor and manage daily system transmissions, including test result uploads and exam downloads.
Partner with technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
