The Test Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering testing across the project lifecycle from requirements through production validation. The role also supports the development and adoption of quality standards, testing practices, and governance as part of the organization's Quality Management Office. The Test Lead serves as the central point of contact for testing activities and works closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure consistent and effective quality practices across projects.
