Job Description - Lead quality assurance and testing delivery for large-scale Murex programs within complex capital markets environments.
- You will be responsible for defining test strategy, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet business, regulatory, and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities - Define and own the overall test strategy, governance model, and delivery approach for Murex programs.
- Lead end-to-end testing across system integration, UAT, regression, performance, and cutover phases.
- Manage and mentor test leads and analysts to ensure consistent standards and delivery quality.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to validate requirements and resolve defects.
