Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platforms. This role requires deep expertise in digital wealth management and test leadership, with the ability to design test strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with client and organizational quality standards. The Test Manager will be accountable for overall testing quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with product teams, banking stakeholders, and offshore QE resources.
