Job Description

The Test Operator on the 1st weekend shift performs in‑process and final testing of electrical control panels and heat exchange units in a highly automated, clean manufacturing environment. You support production by executing electrical tests, assisting with troubleshooting and repairs, documenting results, and collaborating closely with electrical assembly technicians to ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform in‑process and final testing on the electrical components of control panels in accordance with established procedures and metrics.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to verify electrical performance and identify potential issues.
• Test automated In Row Heat Exchange units, following detailed training on the specific processes and equipment used.
