Test & Validation Engineer

Location: South Wales

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer to play a key role in testing, validating, and improving mechanical systems used in demanding, high‑performance applications. You will work at the intersection of design, analysis and production, helping to turn innovative concepts into reliable, proven products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out development and validation testing on new and existing products
• Gather, analyse and interpret performance data to support engineering decisions
• Produce clear technical documentation and detailed test reports for internal and external use
• Support New Product Development (NPD) activity from concept through to production release
• Contribute to DFMEA, DFM and DFA reviews and help resolve technical challenges
