The role oversees the preparation, review, and execution of commissioning plans, coordinates closely with contractors, engineers, operators, and authorities, and ensures all systems are properly integrated, tested, and ready for handover. With extensive experience, the position also drives risk management, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and adherence to HSE standards while ensuring timely project completion, proper documentation, and successful transition to operations.
