T&C Manager (Data Center)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end Testing & Commissioning (T&C) process, including commissioning planning, workshops, technical due diligence reviews, strategy development, FAT/SAT participation, issue resolution, project close-out, and handover activities.
Review detailed designs, Basis of Design (BoD), System Sequence of Operations (SSOO), and vendor test scripts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Develop and customize testing and commissioning plans for Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and Heat Load Testing (HLT).
Review and coordinate approval of vendor test scripts with Commissioning Agents (CxA) to ensure timely execution.
Chair and facilitate T&C and commissioning meetings, ensuring all vendor submissions and deliverables are properly managed.
Prepare and execute T&C plans through IST and HLT phases, ensuring alignment with data center operational requirements and project specifications.
