Location: Cromwell Hospital, London
Salary: £37,080 – £46,890 per annum
Shift Pattern: Long Days 07:30 – 21:00 / Early 07:45 – 15:45 / Late 13:00 – 21:00
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Golden Hello: £3,000, or £5,000 toward relocation costs

Role Overview

The Theatre Practitioner Scrub supports orthopaedic and spinal surgery, ensuring high quality, cost‑effective care in a busy, multidisciplinary theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality, cost‑effective service for staff and patients.
• Work flexibly with a multidisciplinary team, supporting shared tasks.
• Assist in positioning and preparation of patients as directed by the surgical team; correctly label and dispatch specimens to the laboratory.
