Job Summary:
Provides occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, assisting them in improving daily living and functional skills to enhance quality of life and independence.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patients' goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.

Qualifications:

• Holds a valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possesses recent experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
