Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy services across two rehabilitation sites. This role involves working within established schedules to support patient recovery and functional independence.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote optimal functional outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care objectives and share insights.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state occupational therapy license.
