Job Summary:
Provides skilled rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implements evidence-based procedures to improve patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Responsibilities:

• Administer therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document all clinical interactions, treatments, and patient progress accurately in electronic records.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, progress, and home-care instructions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify individualized care plans.
