- Hours:9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will:
- Reviewdoctor referrals and medical records to determine PT treatment; referto specialty clinics as needed (adaptive equipment, shoe and splint)
- Evaluateand assessthe needs and level of functioning in the areas of: sensorimotor, gross & fine motor skills, musculoskeletal status, CNS status, ambulation and adaptive equipment needs (e.g. walker, canes, AFOs).
