Job overview

This post is based in the Specialist Medicine/Renal Therapy Team which supports inpatients treated at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust on the Hammersmith site. 

The aim of the post is to assist and support the team in providing high quality therapy management for patients receiving physiotherapy and occupational therapy to maximise independence and assist with safe discharge planning. The post holder will manage a delegated clinical caseload along with supporting group activity classes and home environment assessments. A registered therapist will provide support and supervision. 

We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator with a flexible approach to team working. In addition, they will be professional, efficient, effective and committed to continuous professional development.
