**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in manufacturing.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in Engineering.
+ 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
+ Experience with manufacturing fixture design.
+ Experience with operations and supply chain management.
+ Familiarity with multiple processes such as machining, welding, brazing (furnace, vacuum), soldering, sintering, stamping, skiving, assembly, die casting, injection molding, and leak detection.
