Our Processing Innovation Team supports our members and clients with consultancy, project work and training activities in the thermal processing area, including process development, validation and optimisation. This encompasses heating (e.g. cooking, pasteurisation and sterilisation) and cooling (chilling and freezing) processes.
Due to the work they do there's an exciting travel element to this role– UK, Europe and globally! Expenses paid work trips across the globe, recent trips include– Turkey, Iceland, Jamaica, South Africa, Italy and Spain.
