About the role
As our next Leading Hand to proudly represent our Project Support Team on a 14/7 roster, your role will be performing major component and reliability shutdowns on a fleet of electric drive MT4400 haul trucks. As Leading Hand, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing machine downtime, ensuring high-quality repairs, and mentoring your team to success.
In this role, you will:
Work a 14/7 Roster – 12-hour shifts Shift Handover & Task Status: Provide clear task updates to the Supervisor at shift change for smooth transitions.Task Prioritization: Collaborate with the Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.Daily Labour Allocation: Manage daily labour assignments and ensure updates are reflected in prestart.Task Monitoring: Conduct regular progress checks and provide timely updates to ensure task completion.Team Leadership: Mentor and support team memb...
