Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead oversight of multiple Project Thrive initiatives (portfolio / major projects) ensuring alignment with overall mandate (capacity, resilience, infrastructure integration).
- Drive delivery performance across BLD-executed projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and strategic objectives are met.
- Act as escalation point for complex project challenges and cross-project issues.
- Ensure integration of projects across pipelines, storage, ports, and infrastructure systems under the Thrive program.
- Lead coordination between:
- Business Line Directorates (BLDs)
- Group Companies (GCs)
- Corporate functions (Security, DM&T, etc.)
- Resolve interface conflicts and ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
- Ensure all projects comply with ADNOC frameworks (GVAP, assurance reviews, gate approvals).
