Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate tile installation activities on construction sites.
- Assign daily tasks to tile setters and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Inspect surfaces and materials before tile installation begins.
- Ensure tiles are installed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and conduct quality checks throughout the project.
- Train and guide tile setters on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to avoid work conflicts.
- Manage material usage, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with site requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve installation issues or customer concerns.
