The Title Examiner will be responsible for researching public records, examining the chain of titles, identifying defects, and preparing accurate title commitments in accordance with Texas underwriting guidelines.



The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Texas real property law, county recording systems, and title plant research, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
