Key Responsibilities

Technical & Program Leadership

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for organizations designing, developing, and sustaining toner cartridges and related hardware across new platforms, derivatives, and legacy products .
• Oversees engineering execution across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment to Toner Supplies and Solutions (TSS) platform strategies, interface requirements with external partners, and HP business objectives .
• Guides technical decision‑making for complex tradeoffs involving cost, yield, reliability, manufacturability, and time‑to‑market .
• Acts as an escalation point for the most challenging cross‑functional and supplier‑driven technical issues , ensuring timely resolution.
