**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing production tooling, changing dies on presses, and collaborating with machinists to build new tooling. You will operate and program CNC mills and lathes, work with surface grinders, and ensure tooling meets precise specifications to support efficient, high-quality production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair production tooling to ensure reliable and consistent operation.
+ Change dies on presses safely and efficiently to support ongoing production schedules.
+ Work closely with machinists to build, modify, and improve new tooling as needed.
