Job Purpose:
Working for a high-volume GRP Products Manufacturing company supplying the construction market your role is to support production efficiency by manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing tooling and associated components to a high standard ensuring all work is completed safely and effectively in line with company quality and safety standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Operate and maintain tool room machinery as required for tool production and repair. Respond quickly and effectively to tooling breakdowns to minimise production disruption. Manufacture new tools and ancillary parts from technical drawings or by replicating existing components. Carry out repairs and modifications to a wide range of production tooling, including extrusion and moulding tools. Provide support to maintenance operations when needed.
