Job Description
JOB DE ION - To liaise with operation staff and perform trouble‑shooting to High‑Speed Progressive Carbide Dies to ensure effective operation of the area.
- To sustain and improve Die performance to achieve higher utilization with the ultimate objective of achieving higher productivity and production targets.
- To liaise with Toolroom for fabrication of new punch and die for replacement or modification.
- To provide engineering support to operation staff towards improving stamping process.
- To provide support in analyzing and solving stamping related problems.
- At least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (ElectroMechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, Fabrication.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
