As a Total Product Support Engineer, you will support Beneq’s Semiconductor ALD products throughout their lifecycle – from field issue resolution to continuous product improvement and future product development support.
You’ll work closely with customers, Field Service Teams, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure our products deliver high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction worldwide.
This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem‑solving, and customer collaboration in an international environment. The position includes global travel to customer sites and Beneq locations.
