Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation Administration Analyst to support the execution of global compensation campaigns across the Americas. This role will partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting our Employee Share Program, Compensation initiatives such as Annual Salary Review and various Incentive programs, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key operational partner and right hand to compensation SMEs, owning critical aspects of campaign execution including project coordination, milestone tracking, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication. This role also plays a vital part in ensuring effective issue triaging and resolution in partnership with the HR Call Center team (People Link).
