Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Conduct guided tours using approved tour materials.
- Introduce visitors to the facility, its history, and key learning objectives.
- Facilitate interactive exhibits, including digital and multimedia displays.
- Ensure visitor safety and manage groups throughout the tour.
- Deliver an engaging and educational visitor experience.
- Encourage visitors to complete feedback surveys.
- Promote awareness of Singapore's policing history and its contribution to national development.
Requirements - Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Valid Singapore Tourist Guide Licence.
- Experience in guided tours, museums, galleries, or visitor attractions is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to conduct walking tours and manage groups effectively.
